At Motivated Vision, every item is custom made to order, and many of our products feature handwritten or hand-assembled materials created personally by us. We also work with trusted fulfillment partners located in multiple states to produce and ship certain items.

Because of the custom and multi-location nature of our products, shipping times may vary per product and occasionally take longer than expected.


2. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

Some items may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on size, complexity, and fulfillment partner.

Partial orders are not shipped separately unless explicitly stated.

During holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events, processing and shipping may take longer.

3. Shipping Times

Standard shipping times vary depending on item size, destination, and fulfillment partner, typically arriving within 1–3 weeks after processing.

Expedited/faster shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Tracking information will be emailed automatically via our tracking system once your order ships.

Your order email is used for shipping and tracking updates, even if you have not subscribed to our marketing list.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Any import taxes, customs fees, or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delays & Issues

While we work with reliable fulfillment partners and carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at shipping@motivatedvision.com, and we’ll help track it.


6. Tracking & Customer Support

All shipped orders include a tracking number provided automatically through our tracking app.

Our website also includes a Q&A/FAQ section to answer common questions instantly.


7. Notes & Recommendations

Because items are custom, handwritten, or produced by POD partners, slight variations in color, size, or layout may occur — this is normal and part of each item’s originality.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Orders placed during high-demand periods, holidays, or extreme weather events may experience longer processing and delivery times.
