All products are custom made and/or printed once your order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, design, and personalization details. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the product and location. Once an order is shipped, Motivated Vision is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because our items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at return@motivatedvision.com within 7 days of receiving your item. And 30-day shipping window
