1. Overview
At Motivated Vision, each item is custom made to order supplied by multiple print on demand print providers. Because our products are created individually and often personalized, we only accept returns if the item is defective or incorrect due to an error by us or our fulfillment print provider partners.
Please review your order carefully before submitting — including sizes, colors, and product details — as we cannot make changes once production has begun.
2. Eligible Returns
A return or refund will only be considered if:
The item received is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
You received the wrong product, size, or design.
To qualify, customers must:
Contact us at return@motivatedvision.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the return is approved and provide instructions for returning the item. After approval via email, you will have 30 days from the date of approval to return the item. That means from the time of receipt you have 14 days to notify us. Then 30 days upon approval to return the defective product to ship to our return address when provided. which is a total of 44-days
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping for all approved returns.
We will provide the return address once your return is approved.
This ensures that returns are tracked and handled properly, while keeping the process fair and controlled.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, you’ll receive an email notification stating whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at return@motivatedvision.com.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design by the customer.
Any item returned without prior approval.
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by production or shipping.
We do not refund gift cards.
we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
we do not accept exchanges.
6. Order Issues and Quality Concerns
We stand behind the quality of our products and our print providers whom fulfills orders. If an issue occurs due to a printing or fulfillment error, we’ll work with you to make it right — either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
